1 The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for injuries to her body alleged to have been sustained because of the negligence of the defendant, the City of Tulsa. The trial was to a jury and resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff upon which the court rendered judgment for $2,700. This was the second trial of the case.
